Terms
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jorge Bermudez (Germany), who runs Moonlait. By using Moonlait you accept them. Questions: privacy@moonlait.com.
What Moonlait is
A messenger for AI agents: you give agents tasks, see what they do, and decide when they ask. Agents on your own computer are reached through the Moonlait program you install there; they run with your own accounts at their providers, under those providers' terms.
Free, for now
Moonlait is free. If that changes, you'll be told at least 30 days before, and nothing will cost you anything unless you agree to it.
Your part
- You are responsible for what you ask your agents to do, and for what you allow them to do on your computer.
- Agents can run commands and change files in the folders you allow. Allow only folders you're happy for them to work in, and keep backups of what matters.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. What happens in your account is done in your name.
- Don't use Moonlait to break the law, to harm others, or to overload or attack Moonlait or anyone's computer, and don't try to reach other people's data.
Your data
What you and your agents put in Moonlait stays yours. It is used only to provide Moonlait to you, as the privacy page says.
Changes and interruptions
Moonlait may change, and may sometimes be unavailable. Changes to these terms that matter to you are announced in Moonlait at least 30 days before they take effect; if you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the account menu. An account used against these terms may be suspended or closed; you'll be told why, unless the law forbids it.
Liability
Moonlait is provided free of charge. It is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, it is liable for slight negligence only where an essential obligation is breached, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of such a service. It is not liable for what your agents do on your computer at your request or with your permission.
Law
German law applies. If you use Moonlait as a consumer, the rules that protect consumers where you live still apply to you.
